Email support@jetscribe.ai for anything to do with JetScribe: questions before you sign up, help with your account or a subscription, a transcript that did not come out as expected, or a data protection request.

Email is our support channel, so every request stays in writing and can be traced later. Writing from the address on your JetScribe account helps us find your account faster.

2. What to include

You do not need to attach your recording. Sending these details with your first message usually avoids a round trip:

• The email address on your JetScribe account.
• The title of the transcript involved, if your question is about a particular file.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• Any message the application showed you, copied out in full.

3. Data protection requests

Requests under the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection — go to the same address. Our Privacy Policy sets out what each of those rights covers and how long we keep your data.

To delete your account and its content, cancel any active subscription first, or ask us to do both in one request.
