Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement — an email is enough — before the period ends.

Because a subscription starts immediately at your request, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided in that period if you withdraw after using it. We refund the remainder within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you originally used.

2. Statutory withdrawal instruction for consumers

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us — JP Fractal Works UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berliner Straße 69, 13189 Berlin, Germany, support@jetscribe.ai — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged a fee for the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

3. After the withdrawal period

JetScribe Pro is billed monthly in advance. After the 14-day withdrawal period, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; no further charge is made.

Unused transcription hours have no cash value, are not refundable, and do not roll over to the next billing period.

4. Refunds we grant in any case

In these cases we refund the affected amount in full or pro rata, at our discretion in your favour, without you needing to invoke a withdrawal right.

• Duplicate or incorrect charges.
• Charges after a valid cancellation.
• Service failures that prevented you from using your paid allowance for a significant part of the billing period and that we could not fix.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@jetscribe.ai from the address associated with your account and include the charge date and a short description. We reply within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days.

6. Free plan

The Free plan involves no payment, so nothing is refundable. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.
